Shropshire lies on the boarder of England and Wales set on a backcloth of patchwork fields, wooded valleys, picturesque rivers and rolling hills leading into the welsh mountains. By complete contrast it also played a major role in the Industrial revolution and our visits reflect this. Step back in time to the years of steam and sit back and enjoy a relaxing steam, hauled experience along the Severn valley passing through some of our architectural delights fro Kidderminster to Bridgnorth.
We also visit Blists Hill Victorian Town Museum a living recreation of a 19th Century town where you’re invited to stroll through traditional homes, shops and work places and meet the Victorians. Plus the Action Scott Working Farm Museum, brought to life by recent BBC series “Victorian Farm”.
